At Prisdel, customer trust is our highest priority. If your item does not suit your kitchen counter dimensions, or if you received an item with any defect, you can request an exchange or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a smooth return or replacement:
- The product must be in its original condition with all included accessories (silicone feet, cloths, documentation).
- The product should be packed safely in the original box to prevent transit scratches during return pickup.
3. Free Reverse Doorstep Pickup
You do not need to visit a courier hub or pay for shipping. Once your return request is logged, our logistics partner (Delhivery / Blue Dart) will pick up the package directly from your address within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refund is initiated within 24–48 hours of item pickup back to your original source account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund is transferred directly to your preferred UPI ID (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm) or Bank Account upon request.
